Masa

We start with our stone ground corn made fresh on the premises. We offer a regular (plain) corn masa great for making your own corn tortillas and tamales allowing you to prepare your masa with your own recipes. We also offer prepared masa as a step saver. This masa contains lard and salt and is ready to spread. Masa can be purchased 7 days a week.
